ADMISSION OPEN FOR THE SESSION 2011 - 2012

Admissions are now open to Classes Pre-nursery, Nursery, K.G. and Grade I to VI for the session 2011-12
(Higher grades will be introduced every year up to Grade XII)

AGE CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION

Pre-nursery:	2 Yrs 3 months at the time of admission (admissions remain open for this class through out the year)
Nursery:	3 Yrs on 31st March, in the year of admission
KG:	4 Yrs on 31st March, in the year of admission
Class I:	5 Yrs on 31st March, in the year of admission

Office Hours
8:15 AM To 3.15 PM (Monday-Saturday)
(Every IIrd Saturday of Month is off)

Admission Procedure

The school academic year is from April to March. To apply for the admission, first, submit the duly filled registration form along with the registration fee of Rs.200 to our school office, during the above mentioned office hours, and collect the copy of school prospectus along with the admission form.

As a part of admission process, note all which is applicable for admission of your child.

Step One: Documentation	Section
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport	ALL Classes
- 5 Passport Size Photograph of the child	ALL Classes
- One passport size photograph each of mother and father	ALL Classes
- Proof of Residence	ALL Classes
- Health Record Card	ALL Classes
- Copy of previous year’s Progress Report Card	Nursery onwards
- Previous School leaving certificate/Transfer Certificate	Class I onwards

Step Two:Evaluation
- Language and Math	Class I onwards
- Departmental Assessment	Class I onwards

Step Three: Interaction
- Parent/Guardian Interaction	ALL Classes
- Candidate Interaction	ALL Classes

Step Four: Fee Submission	ALL Classes

The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.
